This year, Alan and Lynne Rydge now join in their support of St Vincent’s Hospitals, establishing the Alan and Lynne Rydge Foundation, with a visionary $10 million founding gift, under the stewardship of St Vincent’s Curran Trustee Ltd. This Private Ancillary Fund will support innovation and technology at St Vincent’s Hospitals in NSW, ensuring their continued leadership in this field.
The Rydges have distinguished themselves through their extensive philanthropy and community involvement in healthcare, the arts, animal welfare, reef research, and surf education and training. Long-term donors to St Vincent’s for over ten years, their generous support has included long-standing support of the SIRENS emergency department fundraising and medical imaging in St Vincent’s Hospital.
