At St Vincent’s, our nurses deliver exceptional care with empathy and expertise to our patients and their families during some of their most difficult moments every single day.
In this edition of Highlights Newsletter, we focus on our ambitions to support our nursing excellence programs to continue to attract, retain and develop our nursing workforce.
We also announce a number of transformational philanthropic gifts, which have helped St Vincent’s Hospital Sydney to procure the latest state-of-the-art MRI technology for our Medical Imaging department. Through more precise diagnostic imaging, this technology will support our clinicians to diagnose earlier, improve treatment planning and create better outcomes for patients.
In 2027, St Vincent’s will celebrate 170 years since the Sisters of Charity established the hospital. In doing so, we will also be honouring the longstanding tradition of community support, which has played such an important role in the achievements of many medical milestones that have gone on to improve outcomes for all our patients.
And as you will read, your support continues this tradition enabling extraordinary impact across our patient care and clinical research programs.
